Mimosa Western Picture Library Digest 6

This rare South African reprint was published in 1960 by Mimosa (S.A. Magazine Co.).
Cover and Interior pages are newsprint - so after being read and swopped a few times they would likely be falling apart and thrown away.
These titles were printed in a smaller size (161x116mm) compared to the original DC Comics title.
Cover printed in colour, interior in black-and-white.
The printing reproduction from the original was very good quality. This issue is only 24 pages.

It contains all three stories from DC Comics' Hopalong Cassidy 129 (1958). The Cover Image used by Mimosa does not match the issue's content.

Mimosa Superman 1 Giant Edition in Afrikaans

Mimosa Comics produced numerous reprints of DC Comics' Action Comics and Superman titles in the late 1950's and early 1960's. Some were translated into Afrikaans. The Afrikaans translation was excellent.

This is Mimosa Comics' Superman 1 Giant Edition. Colour Cover, black-and-white interior pages, 48 pages.

Mimosa Batman 3

This is Batman 3, published by Mimosa (SA Magazine Co) +/- 1959.
It reprints the cover of DC Comics' Batman 121 - First Appearance Mr Freeze (1959):
24 pages, full-colour, newsprint stock cover and interior pages.
These titles were printed in a smaller size (243x165mm) compared to the original DC Comics title.
The printing reproduction from the original was very good quality.

This is Giant Superman 18, published by Mimosa (SA Magazine Co) +/- 1963-1964.
It reprints the cover and both stories from DC Comics' Adventure Comics 284 (1961):

Afri-Comics Tiger Ingwe 16

Issue 16 of Afri-Comics Tiger Ingwe, published by Xanap in 1976.

Tiger Ingwe battles Mothobi (tricked by Mothobi's lover who had drugged Tiger Ingwe, in the hope that Mothobi will prove himself in battle) in "The Dogs of Vengeance".
