This is Mimosa Bonanza 1, a South African reprint from 1962, which reprints Dell Four Color Comics #1221 from 1961.

Bonanza was a famous US Western TV series, which aired from 1959 to 1973.

Dell and Gold key produced 42 issues (with photo covers) in the 1960s.
