This is Atlas Publications Bonanza 2, a South African reprint from 1963, which reprints Dell Four Color Comics #1283 from 1962.

Bonanza was a famous US Western TV series, which aired from 1959 to 1973.

Dell and Gold key produced 42 issues (with photo covers) in the 1960s.
