This is Luke Cage - Hero for Hire 1, published by Americom in 1984. Americom's Subscription page listed it as "Powerman"

It contains the story from Marvel Comics' Hero for Hire 1 (1972):
"Out of Hell -- A Hero!". The English edition features the original art and new typed lettering.

Americom only produced single issues of each reprint series (published in English, Afrikaans, Zulu & Sotho languages).
