This is All-Star Western 13, published by Mimosa (SA Magazine Co) in 1960.
It reprints the cover and all three stories from from DC Comics' All-Star Western 102 (1958):
Johnny Thunder: "The Prize of Peril!"
The Trigger Twins: "Undercover Sheriff"
Foley of the Fighting Fifth: "Horse-Rustlers of Catamount Canyon"
Also reprinted is this story from DC Comics' All-Star Western 113 (1960):
Foley of the Fighting Fifth: "Deadlock at Copper Canyon"
24 pages, glossy cover and black-and-white newsprint interior pages.
These titles were printed in a smaller size (163x115mm) compared to the original DC Comics title.
This is one of the seven first titles that Mimosa started reprinting in 1959 (Western Comics, Tales of the Unexpected, Falling in Love, Mystery in Space, Romances, Batman and All-Star Western).
