This is Spider-Man 1, published by Americom in 1984.

It contains the story from Marvel Comics' The Amazing Spider-Man 1 (1963):
"Spider-Man!". The English edition features the original art and lettering.

Americom only produced single issues of each reprint series (published in English, Afrikaans, Zulu & Sotho languages).
