This is Master of Kung Fu 1, published by Americom in 1984.

It contains the story from Marvel Comics' Special Marvel Edition 16 (1974):
"Midnight brings Dark Death!".

Americom only produced single issues of each reprint series (published in English, Afrikaans, Zulu & Sotho languages).
