Kellogg's Mini-Comic - The Untold Legend of the Batman
Kellogg's Promotional Mini-Comic, included in Cereal Boxes circa 1984. Published by Com-Com Promotions. These were published in association with Americom, who produced a series of 10 titles (see below). The art and text boxes match the Americom edition, although the story is abridged, as this edition is only 16 pages.

Was there a Superman comic as well? I have actively been searching for the Superman one as I remember reading it many years ago when I was on vacation.
